Not great but it depends on how much work you want to gain from search engines Andy :)
To be honest, I want loads and that is where this forum has been great for me, in terms of learning more about how to get our business a better ranking.
The only problem is, as I am sure everyone experiences, it always seems to take six months to apply the lessons learnt :D .
Offline Advertising PR, Marketing & Design really is our meat (penguin) and drink (although we do a small bit of web-design - but don't promote it as the market is saturated) and as such we have identified a gap in our iceberg with online marketing, in terms of SEO.
To remedy this we have been looking round for someone to link up with, as we get quite a lot of enquiries but so far no one's fees has really matched the budget that our clients have <small!>.
Still, I will keep plugging on, and the newsletters seem to be the way forward as they have been (what I would consider to be) very successful.

It takes at least six months to get a decent ranking but not six months to learn the principles. SEO really is totally simple, it's just most people don't realize you have to be in it for the long haul to notice any difference. If you want my opinion on improving your page rank you only need to ask Andy :)
