Are you kidding? You have not really started yet. I think you need to come up with some kind of visual design first (if you think you have already, personally I feel it is far too bland with way too much white space).

Establish the brand and the proposition up front. Make distinct offerings very clear. Make the menu stand out and put it in a consistent location (typically at the top below the logo or on the left, at present it moves around a lot).

Also, avoid old style markup (font tags etc) and try to minimise if not eliminate the use of tables for layout. (Use css.)

You need to start from scratch - and design the site around your core services.

What is visually appealing to your potential customers and how can you make it easy for them to realise they are on the right site for their needs and then buy from you?

On the site you're offering..

Web site hosting
Email hosting
Database hosting
Web design ????
Web site promotion
E-commerce
Content management

You should have more of a clue if you are offering these services.

If you really haven't got a clue then get a web designer - but if you have got a clue then I don't understand why you're asking and don't see how you can offer the services and not be able to knock up a website.

a brillent web designer could transform thisI do not think that there is enough material on the site for any web designer to be able to transform it into anything viable. A lot more material is needed to give a webdesigner something to go on. The proposition, usp's, etc. need to be very clear before a web designer is engaged. It might well be that this information is already to hand just not obivous on the current site.

Spaceladder stop showing off! Good job though I must say its a vast improvement on the current site techfox. I'm sure you must see what we're all seeing. Take an objective look and re-evaluate the site.
