Non renewal of car insurance
I live in Utah, can an inusrance co. decide to not renew a policy due to an accident claim?
The insurance company can decide that in any state. Once you make a certain number of claims and they determine that you are a riskier client than they choose to carry, they can decline to off you coverage.
thanks, i guess it sucks for me! i have been with this company for 5 years, with both homeowners and auto coverage, and this is the only claim or ticket i have ever had. And it was only a fender bender.
