I was recently in an accident with another vehicle who was at fault for running a red light. I have no license or insurance. the driver of the other vehicle had license but no insurance. the car i was driving was my moms. Is there anything me or my mom can do. There was a police report.

It depends upon what state you are in. In most states you could make a claim with the at-fault driver's insurance.
