Geiko Insurance
What are your experiences with Geiko insurance? I'm wondering if I should try them or another discount auto insurance provider, but I've heard some horror stories about how they refuse to settle car accident damage claims for a fair amount.
Is this a "sound-alike" insurance company, or do you mean GEICO Direct?
The only problem I have heard of with some of the online companies is that they will drop you if you receive a speeding ticket of +20. They also check you driving record frequently while some of the others only check if you make a change in your policy. If you are an excellent driver and have no violations they are probably your best bet. Just remember if you get a ticket to cancel with them and get insurance with someone else before the ticket hits your record.
