I'm planning to open an ING direct account and I was wondering if someone could answer a couple of questions.

Is their ISA account basically the main account for ING direct? So when I call them do I tell them that I want an ISA or just generally I want an account and an ISA account is just one account where I can put money in?

I want to take advantage of the free $20 if you create an ASP (from this thread http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/s...6&page=1&pp=15).
Is this still going on for new accounts?

Lastly, are they still offering the free $13 referal program? Can somebody send me a referal please?

There are but you can not get both at the same time.

So first I open up the ISA then I call back and open up the ASP?

You can call to open up the ASP, or you can just do it online which is much faster.
