Investment??? please help..
Hi All-
I have $4000 to invest and was wondering what was the best way to go about it. A one yr GIC ( 4.10%) or a 30 day GIC. Also would you recommend the Market Growth GICs where the return on investment depends on the market. Any other suggestions..
Please help.. really appreciate it.

it depends if your liquity horizon is 30 days, 1 year, 3 years, and whether you're risk tolerant or averse.

im in the same situation
i found that you can find a 4.1 GIC for 6thmonths
or a 4.5 for 2 years.
but i think a market GIC would be better at this point becasue intrest rates are rising.... you can tell becasue banks want you to lock in with thier 2year GIC sales
what is a shortest term market variable GIC out there????
