Property Transfer - how?
My parents have some property under their name and would like to change it to be under mine. Does anybody know what procedures I have to perform to do this? Do I need a lawyer for this?
Any help or advice to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure you need a lawyer for land titles and all that staff. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will post as well or call any lawyer that specializes in realty and they should be able to give you a quote. Enjoy your new property

Yep, go see your lawyer.
see lawyer and accountant
lawyer for the legal stuff (papers)
i.e. land transfer tax etc....
usually lawyers would know income tax implications as well (for your parents, not you), but if your case is more complicated, accountant would be a good source for hlep

As mentioned there will be tax implications for your parents, they may want an accountant to help them with that.
