I see some exapmles of correspondance sent and it shows that people type the the CMRR # they get from the P.O. on the letter.
Does that mean you can go to the P.O. and pay for it, but not send it yet?

You go to the POST OFFICE and pick some up for FUTURE USE...
They are NOT under lock and key!!!
They only COST MONEY WHEN USED...
lol I guess I never thought you could get them before using them.
