Does anyone know the phone number for Bank of America. I applied for their platinum card and was turned down. I wanted to talk to a live rep instead of an automated service. Please help.

I was recently turned down for their gold card - and i have NO Negatives on my credit report, never have. I was denied for average age of accounts, length of credit history, number of inquires. I Think I have 5 on my TU report. I sent a letter via PFB and in a few days a lady named Heather from BOFA's executive offices called. She told me that "The banks inital decision still stands, based on the reasons included in the denial letter."
They however did counter offer me with a partially secured card. The offer came with my denial letter. $99 deposit for a $500 line, 14.9 %. I really believe I deserve more than a partially secured card, however I accepted. I sent in my check for $99 Wednesday. Hopefully around 8-12 months of good payment history they'll unsecure the card.
