does anybody know here how would i get a visa if i want to work in japan as a teacher ?im currently in the philippines and i want to get there ! :) how much is the fee and pls tell me all the important things i should know . :) :D :)

Please surfing the web for opportunities. The teachers whom I know were hired here directly. Either they were former students who finished their education in Japan through a scholarship. There are cases too which are exceptional. They came here as tourists and took the chance to apply in teaching positions and they were accepted. But the chance is slim unless you have contacts in Japan already before coming here.

i think you need an sponsor, as in your case a school here in japan...sila magaayos ng coe {certificate of eligibility} so you can get a visa..

I know of pinoys who came here in japan as a tourist then applied to a teaching position and got accepted.

So, kung meron ka kilala dito then try mo muna mag tourist during the hiring season for english teachers to have greater chance of being hired.

if you really like to come here in japan to teach english you can apply to an agency dyan sa pinas. please check the poea website http://www.poea.gov.ph/cgi-bin/JobVacancies/CtyJobsResult.asp for a job opening of teachers sa japan and the address of the agency then contact muna lang sila. Kasi pag tourist ka dito cguro medyo mahirapan ka maghanap ng jobs for teachers. Because mostly employers requires working visa pero meron namang iba na sila mag sponsor to change your visa.
