Angie, If you are really interested in getting into senmongakko and you have relatives who are long-term residents in Japan, you have a very good chance of getting accepted. But you must get yourself "back into the system". Unfortunately, in Japan everything starts with you status of residence, and without it, you can't do anything that requires proper documentation. I suggest you go back to Phil first, then go through the usual process.
