Im going home end of this month and i want to take my nephew with me without his parents, what traveling documents will i need and where will i get it.

Janieserg, you are bringing your nephew from where? Japan to manila or vice-versa?
If the nephew is a minor Pinoy citizen, you would need to present a MInors Travel Clearance from the DSWD. They will not let the minor take the plane without it.
I'm sure meron ganyang thread sa Visa/ legal issues forum like Ms. Philippines mentioned.

Hello,bagong kasal lang ako,kararating ko lang galing pinas,bago lang ako sa forum na ito.ask lang ako ng question,kasal ako sa japanese,pero bago ako ikasal may anak ako.9yrs.old girl siya.alam ng asawa ko na may anak ako,pero di ako ikinasal sa una,dala ng anak ko ang apelyido ko.in short anak ko siya sa pagka-dalaga,ask ko lang pwede ko ba siyang dalhin dito sa japan?gusto kasi ng asawa ko na makapasyal siya dito.ano bang visa ang dapat naming i-aaply sa kanya?di kasi alam ng asawa ko kung anong visa ang pwedeng apply sa kanya?at anu-ano pang papeles ang dapat kong ihanda?tulungan nyo naman ako pleasee.;)

Thanks for replying, i knew that travelling with minors needs a travel clearance.
In the Philippines its from DSWD but how about here in Japan?
My nephew is a Japanese citizen and he's been in the Phils. once with his parents.

I'm not really sure, but because of international concerns for child abductions, you might want to bring a notarized letter of consent to travel signed by the parents? You might want to have that in Japanese and english as well. MOst airlines won't allow the minor nor the guardian to take the flght without proof of relationship (lalo na kung magkaiba ang surname sa pasaporte) or consent from the parents...For more official details try calling MOFA..or inquire with the travel agent - they should know.
