hello sa lahat ng member ng tf...please help me with my problem, dati po ako nagwork dyan sa japan, kaso nahuli po ako last year... magpapakasal na sana ako sa bf kong japanese dati nun nadyan pa ako sa japan, di natuloy dahil nahuli nga ako, so kung uuwi po yung bf ko dito at magpapakasal kami, wala po bang maging problem sa name ko na naging blacklisted dahil nahuli ako???thank you po sa mga magrereply.

Ive read a column from the The Manila Times newspaper, dated March 3,2005 by Dante Francis Ang II...Its entitled "99% of Pinoy entertainers lawbreakers...thats how Japan has criminalized human trafficking by revising its penal code...

It stated here:

"Victims who surrender to Japanese authorities will be treated with leniency.They will not be detained, unlike other criminals.Procedures for their repatriation will be faster,and they will be blacklisted from Japan for a shorter period,only a year compared with about 10 years for other deportees"-stated by: Akio Egawa(minister/consul chief of mission and consul general)

So,thats what i can share to you pinkheart....so if the thing still bothers you a lot,why dont you go to philippine immigration bureau to make things clear:)
