:confused: Hello po sa lahat ng makakabasa po ng message ko,gusto ko lang pong magtanong sa inyo tungkol po ito sa sister ko,buntis po ang sister ko sa bf nyang hapon,gusto po nyang ipa ninchi yun baby kaya lang po kailangan pa po ng singleness sa pag apply nito,eh kasal po sya dito sa pinas pero 8 years na silang hiwalay may nakapag sabi po sa amin na pekein na lang ang singleness dahil sa munisipyo ng japan lang ipa-file d nman daw sa philippine embassy,ma trace kaya nila kung fake yung paper,help us naman tung kol sa procedure ng taiji ninchi

Anong kinalaman ng pagiging single sa pagkabuntis?? Bakit kailangan maging single ang isang babae para angkinin nung ama ang anak na dala niya?

Kese single, married, divorce o widowed pa yung babae, maari siyang mabuntis ng kahit sinong lalaki pag nag-do sila. Ang "ninchi" ay pag-amin nung ama na siya yung nakabuntis, kaya logically, walang effect dapat ang marital staus ng babae.

I-check niyo uli personally sa city hall para sigurado kayo kung anu-ano ang totoong requirements.

Unang-una sa lahat, ang pamemeke ng dokumento ay labag sa batas. Lalong bibigat ang problema ng ate mo kapag ginawa ninyo ito. Ang pinaka-maiigi ay lakarin ng ate mo ang annulment papers niya duon sa asawa niya. Makipag-consult kayo sa isang abogado tungkol dito. Kapag naayos na ninyo yung annulment papers, saka ninyo isipin yung kasal ng ate mo sa Hapon.

Salamat po sa lahat ng nagreply, nasa pilipinas po ang sister ko ngayon, hindi nman po magpapakasal yung sister ko kc yung bf nyang hapon ay may asawang haponesa,at nakapag tanong na rin po kami sa mga requirements talagang kailangan daw po ng singleness para po mai apply yung taiji ninchi,kung magpapa annul nman po sya eh baka po abutin pa ng panganganak nya,kawawa nman po yung bata,d po ba ang batas sa japan kailangan nasa tiyan pa lang i recognize na ng ama dahil kung hindi di sya makakakuha ng japanese citizenship.eh sa ngayon po ala nman po syang ipon para makabayad sa lawyer na mag aannul ng marriage nya sa pinas

IV. Acknowledging a Child

A child that is not legitimate may be officially acknowledged by his or her father if the father informs either the Consulate-General of Japan in Manila, the consular offices in Cebu or Davao, or the appropriate city hall in Japan that he acknowledges the child in question as his own.

To acknowledge a child born out of wedlock, the following must be submitted:
1. Certified true copies of the Japanese family register (KOSEKI TOHON) 2 originals
2. Certified true copies of the birth certificate of the child (These copies must have the registration number and the original stamps/seals of certified true copies)
2 originals
3. Japanese translations of the birth certificate (The translator’s name must appear on these documents) 2 originals

I don't see anything there of asking proof that either party should be single. Siguro meron pero hindi ko alam. Mahirap kapag hindi kayo kumunsulta sa isang matinong abogado tungkol dito. Michi, I think u can decode the email add this way
AT = @
DOT = . (as in tuldok or period)

the rest is "as is"

and remember its suppose to be an email address
