lately, i just noticed here in TF na maraming nagtatanong mostly about visa and legal issue so i post this thread under this genre. like other members here already noticed, marami iyong mga tanong na paulit ulit. so better to search first, before posting your questions. then, most of all na napapansin ko is those post inquiring for something but his/her information given was so unclarify. ang labo, ang hirap intindihin.
"meron sana akong tanong tungkol sa ano... kasi bale ano... nag-ano na po kami sa ano, pero wala pa ring resulta ang ano... ano kaya ang dapat naming anohin para maano na iyong ano... sana meron kyong maibigay na advise para ma solve na namin iyong ano...", something like this.
medyo may pag ka exagerated, pero sometimes ganito ang post ng ibang nagtatanong. ang hirap talagang maano. di ko malaman kung ano ang tinatanong. siguro ganun din ang napapansin ng iba. if your inquiries are like this, chances are walang sasagot or wala kayong information na makukuha. not because sa walang nakakaalam sa solution ng problem nyo, but chances are di namin maintindihan tanong nyo.
as possible, make things clarify by writing your inquiries in 5W1H(what, when, where, who, which & how) manner. give all the detailed information, the present condition to clarify things. in that way, kayo na rin mismo ang tumulong sa problem nyo to solve it. just a request.:)
Perhaps one of our knowledgeable, hardworking, persevering kabayans can organize the "How do I extend/get/change/renew a visa for myself/my kids/my spouse/my dog/" threads so people won't have to post and repost the questions?
Or link to the answers for their convenience?
Sometimes I'm just full of suggestions but no production.:p

Welcome to the club. :D Besides redundant threads (http://www.timog.com/forum/showthread.php?t=265 9), and iba naman na thread titles bitin. Kung mas specific sana sa title pa lang, madaling malaman/hanapin sa search function.

I've suggested before (http://www.timog.com/forum/showthread.php?t=171 3) that we have the useful threads "pinned" to reduce the number of redundant threads. nick's reply was:TF users should rate threads--right, if you feel that a thread is a good one, give it a star rating, then we'll know which threads we should read closely and decide if they're really useful.
Needless to say, we should not abuse this feature. If you feel a thread does nothing useful, don't give it a 1-star rating; if fact, don't rate it all. The function of the star ratings is to make certain threads stand out from others., which I believe would really help solve the redundant thread problem. Pero...
...ang problema, kahit hindi naman useful (in my opinion) binibigyan ng iba ng 5☆ ratings! Just this morning I gave two 5☆-rated threads 2☆s just to keep them down (naging 4☆). If a thread is fun - it's just that, fun. Not always useful. I don't deny that I also join these fun threads. But I don't give them high ratings.

Pwede rin bang isali dito ang pag remind sa mga members na kung gagawa ng thread lalo na't tungkol sa visa problems / driver's license nila ay kung pwede lang gamitin ang buong spelling ng mga words.
Parang nakaka-loko na kasi yung iba eh, sila na nga ang nangangailangan ng tulong, pahihirapan naman yung mga tao sa pagbabasa ng mga text spelled words.
maganda ito may point naman talaga :) ang problema lang siguro hindi lahat naiitindihan ng "iba" aminin man o hinde alam naman natin na hindi lahat ng tao pare~pareho ng mentality ... yung iba dito kumbaga ngayon lang na expose sa ganitong talakayan kaya medyo hindi mga sanay etc.. maraming dahilan... sana wag magsawa ang mga mababait lalo na kay dax at striver sa pag e~explain , saludo ako sa inyo :)

Yes we have the same experience regarding sa first post ko, and humihingi rin po ako ng apology sa inyong lahat dahil naging attitude ko noon! If I am not mistaken, there are requirements that an applicant must bring during the interview. If tourist, they usualy ask about the itenerary of the stay. Also, personal matters like, what's your profession, business and about the family. The applicant have to make them understand that there is no possibility of overstaying, and he/she has to go back to the Philippines after a certain period of time.
I hope other TF members can share their opinions too.

May I add a note or two, Sana po.. dont' forget that not all Filipinos who posts here are degree holders or well educated. In fact, only a handful of us are college graduates. Not all of us came from exclusive schools etc.. to understand the rules and regulations so quickly. I too, posts in a wrong way.. and asking your forbearance. Maybe the purpose of this Timog forum is to establish, achieve, understanding to raise consciousness and educate the people who browse here. I think the majority of Filipinos in this site supposed to have important infos about Filipinos in Japan, in our own country, whats happening us here and around us. The fact that when you google this site "filipinos in Japan".. Wella, this site comes first. We all know.. iba-iba ang level ng utak ng mga tao.. their IQ's and intellect.. and you can't avoid them po.. Im just hoping that the owner of this site, the moderators and the members.. sana po.. you all never loose that interests to feed us your supplied helps and good informations.. I too, so thankful that this site emerged to help us all livin' here easy in this country.. I admit that got a language barrier too and experiencing talkin' to the great wall of China sometimes.. Sana po habaan nyo pa ang mga pisi ninyo everytime we mistakenly posts our comments and views.. More power Timog Forum..

Baka makatulong. Kailangan busisiin ng Embassy paano at kailan sila nagsimula maging magkaibigan. Kailan sila huling nagkitang magkaibigan? Continuous ba yung communication nila hanggang ngayon? Sino at anong name ng sponsor nya dito? Ano work ng sponsor nya? Kailangan may idea sya duon sa mapapangasawang hapon ng kaibigan nya kahit konti. Ilang days nya balak mag-stay dito? Kung may trabaho yung kaibigan mo sa Pilipinas, anong nature ng trabaho nya at present. Payag ba ang company nya in case mag-VL sya ng matagal? Baka sakali lang ang mga ito, case to case basis kasi ang tanungan. Pwedeng itanong, pwede rin hindi. Basta sagot lang ng totoo, walang magiging problema. Goodluck sa kaibigan mo.

Eto ne.. kailangan din ng invitation letter or/ with guarantee letter ng japanese, para ma sure talaga ng Japan Embassy na di mag t-tnt ang friend mo. Hingi sya doon sa nag invite sa kanya, sa mga ikakasal..

Just like what the others have mentioned in their posts, hindi lahat ng Filipino sa Japan ay as highly educated as you are. I am very happy na makitang may mga Filipinos na tulad mo dito sa Japan...well-educated, eloquent speaker (as I can see from all your posts), may magandang trabaho...You have been blessed with so many things, I believe. Pero sana nga lang lahat ng Pinoy dito sa Japan ay tulad mo...ang problema nga ay hindi. When they have started discovering this website, many of them have expressed their gratitude and happiness na sa wakas ay meron na silang puedeng gawin resource for the answers to their question. Pero kung ang lahat ng taga-TF ay may reaction na tulad ng reaction mo sa mga questions, para naman yatang nabara at nabastos na sila ng husto. Kung sa tingin mo ay napapagod ka na sa mga questions nila, THEN THE BEST THING THAT YOU CAN DO IS TO JUST REPLY TO OTHER POSTS THAT INTERESTS YOU MOST...
