Im holding now a tourist visa (3 months) and malapit na mag expired, nag pa renew ako ng visa sa BI for 1 year kaso hindi sila pumayag, dati kasi ganun lang ginagawa namin ng mama ko nung high school ako dito sa japan, i studied junior and senoir high here in japan, pero umuwi ako sa pinas and stayed there for 5 years, Last year December bumalik ulit ako dito sa japan pero tourist lang talaga binigay sa kain.. bakit hindi ako nabigyan ng visa?? lampas na daw kasi ako ng 20 and hindi na daw ako dependent ng mama. Marrried ang mom ko sa japanese man and may kapatid ako, yung kapatid ko jap citizen na sya,

sana po mabigyan nyo ako ng advise,,

Im also planning to go to Yakan gakkou ( night shift high school) kasi hindi ako naka graduate ng senior high dito,...:(

Hi! siguro adopted na ng husband ng mother mo yung kapatid mo kaya japanese citizen na siya... gamit na niya ang surname ng stepfather mo... dapat kasi nung nagpunta ka before dito ganun ang ginawa ng mother mo...pero i think pede ka pa naman yatang mag guarantor yung stepfather mo, para ma extend ang visa till 1 yr.. kasi ganun din yung kasama ko sa work she's 19 na.. nung una 3 months lang din ang visa niya, pero ngayon 1 yr na....tanong ka pa rin sa iba...

about your visa status situation, i think you have a lots of pocket to choose from to extend it. if your mother have a permanent visa already, she can sponsor you for your extension. but its not a 100% sure, kasi marami rin ang ganitong situation na di na approved yong extension nila at pinauuwi, chances are ma extend ka lang for 15 days. mahigpit na kasi ngayon eh. so my idea is, better to make your stepafather your sponsor. now, di sapat iyon. the most important here is your reason why you are applying for extension. since you said that you will go to senior high school to finish it, that would be a good reason. start of senior high school classes will be start april or may (sorry if im mistaken), so if your visa will expired this march, lagay mo sa reason mo na you will spend that 1 month for campus touring, sa paghahanap mo ng school na you will like. but i think di pa rin enough to, magdududa pa rin sila. so if i were you, hanap ka na ng school, contact them and make an early enrollment. i just dont sure kung pwede ba ang early enrollment. wala ko experience don. but that early enrollment will give you enough papers or document from that school that you will needed to submit for your visa extension. maaring di ka na nga pala visa extension ang mangyari sa iyo, but change of visa status. magiging student visa ka. and your visa expiration would be until your schooling is ended i think.

now why is it important na gawin mong sponsor iyong stepfather mo is because of his stability. financially and socially. kakailanganin mo ng papers that will prove that your sponsor can provide your schooling expenses. pero kung may pera mother mo, siguro pwede rin.
