I was really disappointed.

How come lower court decision was overtuned?

This verdict was based on a law that was made before DNA test was possible.

Why either recognized before birth, or the biological father and mother be married?

There are thousands of reasons people can not do this.

In Japan, your wife/husband must sign in order to get a divorce quickly.
A man can not recognize the baby untill you see the baby's face, if you have doubts to the mother's behaviour.

That it made a news was an evidence that it was way behind contemporary hurman rights protection standards, I guess.

When my case was in High Court in Osaka, my Japanese father asked a DNA test to prove that I am his child because he denies it in a court. The result was 99.99 %:toast: . According to my Filipina mother who is illegal on that time and not married with my father, even my 2 lawyers and judges amazed the result. :crash: It was a breaking record on that time because even both Japanese parents take a DNA test normally the result is 40-60 or vice-versa.

But unfortunately, I didn't have a Japanese nationality. I just received ACKNOWLEDGEMENT by the High Court and Family Court.:japanese:
