I've seen a lot of questions on the site asking about cheque clearance cycle, cheque guarantee system, and debit card payments. Please see the link above and have a good read through all the menus which should answer some questions you may have about cheques/debit cards/ credit cards/ future developments. It doesn't tell you how to get charges back and it doesn't help you with S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) or moneyclaim forms but "Knowledge is Power" so it may be an interesting aside.Thank you for the link NWSM, very useful.
